"Imagine looking through a forest in your own home. This is what it’s like to look at the Stilts tafel. Uncontrolled, yet thoughtfully placed, the legs of the tafel look like tree trunks you encounter in the woods. One here and one there. And, oh! Look, another one over there. Consciously designed and produced locally in Holland, the Stilts tafel is made up of one material and one material only: Certified oak wood. This way, the waste material at the production site can be reused and recyled, time and time again. This piece arrives at your home, transported flat packed, of course. The Stilts tafel epitomizes everything that POLSPOTTEN stands for: A playful reminder to expect the unexpected. "
