Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as all items are imported specifically per order.
Many pieces are made from natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, rattan, ceramic, fabric and leather. Variations in colour, grain, texture and finish are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects. Handmade items may differ slightly in size, shape and finish.
Damaged or incorrect items only. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing, and transit damage reported with photographs within 48 hours of receipt. All other claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and we respond within 2 business days.
Products are delivered directly from our European brand partners. Once your order is placed, we will be in touch with an estimated delivery timeline. We currently deliver within Israel, and for international delivery please contact us.
All the brands we work with are European design brands (mainly from Scandinavia, the Benelux region, and France), operating under the relevant EU regulations for each product category.
For lighting and electrical products, brands declare compliance with the CE mark. For wood, textile, and candle products, some brands hold sustainability and responsible-manufacturing certifications (such as FSC, GOTS, Nordic Swan).
Please note: the Israeli Standards Mark (SII) is a separate process from European certification and does not automatically apply to imported products. If you have a question about a specific item, we’re happy to check with the supplier and provide documentation accordingly.
